Tidewater DPEC & Nautica Training and Assessments centre – Manila
Tidewater DP Excellence Committee (DPEC) was set up to assist all areas of Tidewater to operate DP vessels safely.
DPEC is the appointed “Company DP Authority” for all Tidewater areas and sets global training and assessment standards
DPEC objective is to provide the highest training offered globally and set industry best practice with the key goals of Safe DP operations with NO Incidents.
DPEC covers Tidewater DP operations in all areas of the world.

DPEC operations covers: DP procedures and DP documentation, DP Training, DP Competency Assessments, DP Auditing and Testing, DP Incident investigation.
Tidewater DPEC Training and Assessment Center (Manila) has Nautical Institute Accreditation and is the main Tidewater internal training center and training for (CPD) continuous professional development of Tidewater’s current and prospective global staff.
The Tidewater DP Excellence Committee (DPEC) runs competency assessments for all instructors and quality controls all courses conducted at the DPEC training center in Manila and New Orleans.
